We have considerable experience in combining our client’s own requirements & standards, international design standards and best practice with the Kazakh norms and regulations, to date we are responsible for the design of over 14,500,000 sq.m of projects throughout the region.

Our group has a long history, close working relationship and established affiliations with both AHR and Atomik Architecture.

2004 – AEDAS opened UK representative office in Kazakhstan.
2006 - General Director, Tim Owen, relocated from the UK to expand the Kazakh business.
2007 - opened branch office.
2009 – established Kazakh legal entity with full multi-disciplinary design licence.
2009 – Design Director, Togzhan Aubakirova, joins the practice.
2009 – first project in Oil + Gas Sector.
2014 – business rebranded as AHR.
2016 – joint ventured with Atomik Architecture.
2018 - management buyout, affiliated with AHR.
2018 – affiliated with Atomik Architecture.
2019 – established sister company with full construction licence.
2019 – started construction of new purpose-built office in Almaty.
2019 – established school of architecture, affiliated with KazGASA.
2020 – completed over 100 projects totalling 14,500,000 sq.m built area.
We have been resident in Kazakhstan since 2004 and have completed projects in Almaty, Nursultan, Shymkent, Uralsk, Atyrau, Aksai, Tengiz, Aktau, Tashkent and Khiva.
