Elvira studied architecture of residential and public buildings at the Kazakh National Technical University in Almaty and graduated in 2008. Previously she graduated from Almaty building and management college in 2005.
Elvira joined AAG in 2009 and has been responsible for the delivery of many projects of differing scales and types.
